Essay

The object is the reactions of peroxide and superoxide sodium compounds with salts; the aims are to ascertain the mechanism and kinetics of interaction in peroxide-metal (n-1)d10 salt systems, to discover its main regularities and peculiarities, to develop the SPI processes model; the methods are roentgen-phase, thermal and chemical analysis, IR-spectrography, calorimetry; the new approach lies in first studied self-propagating reactions in systems containing Cd+2, Zn+2, Cu+1 salts and peroxide sodium compounds; the main include the ascertainment of the influence of the nature of salts and peroxide compound on the mechanism, interaction temperature, SPI front speed and other interaction parameters in systems containing Cd+2, Zn+2, Cu+1 salts and peroxide sodium compounds; the fields are chemical sciences.
