Object - walling silicate effective materials and articles of non- autoclave hardening; purpose – perfection of compositions and method of preparation of silicates materials of non-autoclave hardening and optimization of walling articles on their basis on the complex of criterion quality, including the coefficient of heat conductivity; methods – standard and special methods, including the elements of computer Material-Science; results – terms and modes of activating of the mixture of the raw of material are set, optimum compositions and methods of hardening are set and technological regulation of making of walling silicate effective stone is developed; novelty – possibility of transition from autoclave treatment to thermo-moisture is grounded in theory and experimentally confirmed, possibilities of adjusting by properties of the mixture of raw material as slip are set and the changes of properties and modified of structure due to the specific surface of tripoli, content of gypsum and condition of hardening are set; in- troduction - is made effective silicate stone; use - in production of the silicate walling effective wares.
