Essay

Clinical and biochemical researches at 218 patients (263 eyes) are carried out. It is established, that development of endothelial-epithelial dystrophy (EED) of cornea occurs on a background of infringements of haemodynamics of eyes and is shown by pathological crystallogram of tears. It is established that the method of crystallography can be used as screening-test for forecasting risk of development of EED of cornea at surgical treatment of a cataract.
