Muhataev A. The legal status and legislative bases of control powers of bodies of a state control and auditing service in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the legal status and problems of legislative bases of control powers of bodies of a state control and auditing service in Ukraine. In work the principles, forms and methods of their activity are investigated essence and meaning (importance) of the control as a whole and financial control in particular for formation of the new socio economic attitudes (relations) in Ukraine, control activity of bodies DKRC as a way of maintenance of legality and discipline financial relations, subject and object of control activity of bodies DKRC. The legal rule (situation) and place of DKRC bodies in system of supervising bodies of Ukraine, legal bases of DKRC interaction with other supervising and law-enforcement bodies, problem of organization of control activity of bodies DKRC and measure of administrative compulsion are investigated, also law they appied in the work, the basic ways of improvement of control powers of bodies of a state control and auditing service in Ukraine are outlined
