Essay

The object – amines containing carbon frames monoamides and imides of the dicarboxylic acid, N-(arylsulfonyl)-exo-2-hydroxy-4-azatricyclo[4.2.1.03,7]nonanes; purpose - the development of preparation methods for the new amines with norbornene, norbornane and adamantane frame fragments and for the previously unknown derivatives of basic and new-discovered amines; to the determination of roles of stereoelectronic (polar) and sterical factors in the syntheses of nitrogen-containing frame compounds; to the study of their biological activity.; novelty - The synthe-sis of a large group of previously non-described amines, and of their de-rivatives, containing several similar or different carbon frames of no-rbornene, norbornane, adamantane was accomplished. The passivity of amides with two and three adamantane frames and localization of carbonyl groups at adamantane frame fragments to lithium aluminium hydride was for the first time discovered and discussed. The influence of the additional carbon frame on thedecrease of ability for heterocyclisation in per-oxyphtalic and peroxyformic acid oxidation reactions of the amides and the amidoacids with two bicyclic frames was established.
