Ilnytska L. The Perculiarities of Diagnosis and Course of Primary and Secondary Pulmonary Tuberculosis in teenagers

Object of research - first diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis in teenagers. The purpose - tto increase the efficiency of the diagnose of primary and secondary forms of pulmonary tuberculosis in teenagers by studing of perculiariries of the course, immunological and biochemical changes in the organism in the cases of endogenous and exogenous ways of disease development. Methods of research - clinical, roengenological, microbiological, immunological, biochemical. Mathematical and statistical methods were used for processing of the results. Results - under contemporary conditions of epidemic of tuberculosis infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis of primary genesis and disseminated - of secondary one are predominant among other clinical forms. Clinical, roengenological and common laboratory examinations were helpful in prompt diagnosis in 55,5 % of primary and 60,5 % of secondary genesis of disease. Immunospecific parameters and tuberculin skin testing were the most informative methods and they increased theefficiency of diagnosis of specific process up to 81,5 % of primary and 79,6 % - of secondary tuberculosis. Reliable changes of biochemical indices with "acutephase proteins" of blood serum taken into acount, depend on the genesis of disease and increase verification of specific process up to 82,2 % and 81,6 % of the patients accordingly.
