Essay

For the first time complex research of features of a functional condition of kidneys is carried out of children's pyelonephritis. Both infringement of concentrating and abilities to osmotic dilution of urine of patients with a pyelonephritis. The infringements of the nephritic haemodynamics depending on current of disease and infringement of function of kidneys. It is shown, that the key reason of an anemia under the chronic diseases of kidneys is deficiency endogenous erythropoietin.
