Zadarozhnyj V. Features of aggressive behavior in adolescents with personality disorders.

The dissertation is devoted to study peculiarities of origin and realization of aggression in adolescents with personality disorders. The criteria of ICD-10, tests Buss-Durkey, self-estimation scale of Spielberger-Khanin, Taylor anxiety scale, method of standartized interview were performed for investigation. For finding out the biological regularities of functioning of hormones of hypothalamic-hypophysis-gonadicus axis and researching their role in the genesis of aggressive forms of behavior the content of luteinizing hormone-releasing factor, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, androstenedione, dehydroepiandrosterone sulfat and testosterone in a whey of blood was analyzed by immunoenzymatic method. The role of influence of videoproduction and videogames on feature of display of aggressive behavior of the teenagers with frustration of the person was also investigated. General methods of correction of teenage aggression at frustration of the person with the considering clinic-psychopathological, psychological and laboratory parameters. The results of researching may be used in clinical psychiatry with the aim of early revealing and prevention of aggressive behavior in patients with personality disorders, allow in considerable measure to optimize and individualize medical and rehabilitation help for that contingent of patients.
