The dissertation is devoted to a problem at patients with epilepsy, development of the differentiated, pathogenesis focused programs of psychosocial rehabilitation The received data confirm connection of structure of clinical syndromes no psychotic mental frustration at the surveyed persons with their individual - personal features, i.e., the structure no psychotic frustration is more likely based on individual - typological features of the person, and, apparently, to a lesser degree depends on illness as such. It is developed integrative a therapeutic complex which includes biological and informational therapy, and also modern methods of psychotherapeutic influence promoting development of socially comprehensible vital stereotype of patients and correction of personal frustration. Usage of the pathogenesis focused programs of psychosocial rehabilitation allow to increase considerably percent of patients, both with remission of attacks, and with proof remission of disease that promotes improvement ofquality of life of patients with epilepsy with frustration of the person and behavior.
