The dissertation is devoted to the problem of growing of large structurally- perfect diamond single crystal in the field of thermodynamic stability on single seed crystal by the temperature gradient method in the high pressure equipment of "toroid" type at change of a temperature mode. The studied laws of growth of monocrystals of diamond in the field of thermodynamic stability a method of a temperature gradient on an individual priming at change of a temperature mode of cultivation which has helped to create a way of cultivation of the structurally-accomplished monocrystals of diamond in weight up to 4,5 carat.
