Об'єкт дослідження. It is legal relationships which engulf judicial activity of organs of prejudicial investigation of MIA of Ukraine on investigation of crimes. Мета дослідження. It is consists in the decision of features, lighting the questions of problems and utterance of suggestions in relation to judicial regulation and tactic of conducting of producing for recognition out of visual supervision of person.
