the object - persons of young age (18-23 years) with the diagnosis of acute initial caries which live in city of Kiev; the aims – to increase of efficiency of treatment of acute initial caries at persons of young age by amplification of processes enamel remineralisation, increases remineralisative properties of an oral liquid and prevention of transition of white spots in caries cavities on the basis of development of a complex way of treatment and preventive maintenance of acute initial caries; the methods - clinical, epidemiological, microbiological, biochemical, statistical; the novelty - the complex way of treatment and preventive maintenance of acute initial caries with the help of a preparation of calcium Sunamol-Ld3 at persons of young age is developed; the outcomes - high efficiency of the offered method of treatment of acute initial caries is confirmed with results of clinical and biochemical researches.
