the object - children from 6 - 16 years; the aims to increase of efficiency prophylaxis of permanent tooth caries in the period of their mineraliz at children by homoeopathic connections of calcium; the methods - epidemiologys, clinical, biochemical, psychological, statistical; the new іn the usage of homeopathic compounds of calcium for prevention of caries of permanent teeth demonstrated high efficacy in clinical practice; the outcomes - the increase of intensity of tooth decay for the second year in a control group approximately in 6,5 times exceeds the increase intensity of caries in an experimental group, although basic data of intensity of caries were practically identical.
