Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of rise of efficiency electronic treatment of optical plates for microoptics elements by perfection of technology and technological equipment. New experimental data on influence of technological parameters of the band electronic stream on the value of remaining micro-unevenness are got in work. A method is developed for determination of remaining micro-unevenness on the surface of optical plates with the use of a new method of AFM.
