Object: the processes of the finance recourses formation of the shadow side of economic activities in Ukraine. Purpose: theoretical generalization and substantiation of practical theses of the research of the mechanism of shadow side finance resources formation; finance strategy of its elaboration. Methods: dialectical, analysis, modeling, synthesis, historical, grouping and analogy. Results: the further development of the strategy of the shadow economy scales limitation, the classification features of the shadow economy financial resources; novelty - the definition of the shadow economy according to the category of demands is proposed; hypothesis of parallel existence of the mexanism of dark-side reproduction; the nechanism of dark-side financial resources formation; economic-mathematical model of the forecasting the management subjectc. The use: results of the research are implemented into the finance and taxation bodies activities while preparing the strategic and tactical measures of counteraction to shadow economy; whyle improving the working normative-legal base concerning the questions of taxation, budget financing or privatizati on.
