Analysed and compared are the basic quality parameters of reinforcement elements, received on the basis of the conducted experimental research of reinforced concrete beam samples, resnforced with the layers of steel fibre concrete, unreinforced and resnforced polymerconcrete, resnforced fine concrete. By the results of analysis evaluted was efficency level of the method of reinforced with various materials. Offered are the methods of calculating bearing strength of reinforced RC elements applying deformational model, which take into account physical and mechanic properties of modern effective materials, degree of their participation in the joint work of reinforced structures. C onsidered are the new dewtructvelopments and achievements of reinforced concrete theory for calculation of constructive elements. Calculations by the second group of boundary states were made considering the changes to existing norms.
