Object of research: development of the world share market in conditions of globalization. The purpose of dissertational work is development of methodological and scientific - practical approaches on formation and development of the world share market. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization, the system analysis, synthesis, a grouping and classification, methods of the statistical analysis, economic-mathematical methods, the system approach. Theoretical results: consist in development, specification and a deepening of methodological positions and scientific - practical recommendations on perfection of the mechanism of participation of Ukraine in regional integration processes in conditions of globalization. Practical results: consist that the developed approaches allow to establish the basic tendencies of formation and development of the world share market in conditions of economic globalization and to develop directions of integration of Ukraine in it. Scientific novelty: for the first time ordering of tendencies of formation of the world share market in conditions of economic globalization is offered; the economic-mathematical volatilnost model a securities market of Ukraine is developed; the mechanism of integration of the national markets in the uniform world share market is advanced; approaches to definition of stages and structural changes in formation of the national share markets are advanced; the concept "securities market" is determined; classification external and internal структурообразующих factors which operate in the long-term period is submitted and influence formation and development of a securities market. Degree of introduction: results research is used by Donetsk Stock Exchange, Donetsk Chamber Commerce and Industrial Joint-Stock Company "NORD ", Donetsk Branch of National Institute of Strategic Researches.
