Dissertation is devoted development of technology of receipt of organic-mineral fertilizers from precipitations of city waters of sewers. Possibility of substantial increase of speed of processes of dehydration of precipitations of city waters of sewers is proved by defending, filtration, центрифугирования and drying and decline of intensity of anaerobic fermentation of these precipitations after their preliminary of vacuum. It is set that application of organical-mineral fertilizers from precipitations of city waters of sewers with addition of urea positively influences on a germination and growth of wheat. The complex technological chart of receipt of organical-mineral fertilizers is developed from precipitations of city waters of sewers on the base of cleansing buildings, to which the knot of vacuum of active silt is added before his compression. A device is applied in industry for collection of floating matters.
