Kindzersky S. State administration in humanistic sphere of the region of Ukraine: status and tendencies of developement

The object is the social relations arising within the process of state administration in the humanistic sphere of the region. The objective is the scientifical-theoretical justification of the main components of the system of state administration in humanistic sphere of the region and working out of practical recommendations concerning the ways of developement of state administration in humanistic sphere of the region of Ukraine. The methods are systematic, classification, systematization, generalization, creation of models, forecasting, logic-semantic, structural-functional, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparative analysis, unity of theory and practice, hypotetic-deductive. The newness is that for the first time in ukrainian science an integrated research of theoretic problems of tendencies towards the developement of state administration in the humanistic sphere of the region of Ukraine has been accomplished. The results are that the interpretation of the concept "humanistic sphere ofthe region" has been improved; the essence of the concepts "humanization" and "humanitarization" has been specified; the main tendencies in the humanistic sphere of region of contemporary Ukraine have been determined; program approach in the humanistic sphere of the region of Ukraine has been proposed; specific ways of improvement of state administration in the humanistic sphere of the region of Ukraine have been developed; personnel provision of state administration in the humanistic sphere of the region of Ukraine has been analysed.
