Gorbach O. Administrative responsibility of juveniles, their parents or persons who replace them

This thesis researches theoretical, legislative and practical questions of administrative responsibility of juveniles, their parents or persons who replace them. It also defines logic-methodical fundamentals of such terms as "administrative responsibility of juveniles", "a juvenile in carrying out of proceedings about administrative violations of law", unlawful acts of juveniles aged from 14 to 16, unlawful acts of parents or persons who replace them, and corresponding definitions are formulated there as well. On the base of analysis of acting Legislation of Ukraine about administrative responsibility and practice of its realization and theoretical understanding of scientific works, the author formulates a number of conclusions, suggestions to the Code of Ukraine about Administrative Violations of Law, and he also gives a list of recommendations about improvement of the procedure of legal investigation about administrative responsibility of juveniles and bringing to administrative account of their parents or persons who replace them.
