Object of research - pulmonary tuberculosis, latent tubercular infection contamination; the purpose - increase of efficiency of preventive maintenance of a tuberculosis among the students by definition most sensing to disease of quota, installation of effective routes of detection of a tuberculosis and methods of diagnostic of a latent tubercular infection contamination, development of the effective scheme oh chemoprophylaxis; methods - epidemiological, mathematical, clinical, radiological, microbialogic, statistical; novelty - the level of tuberculosis latent infection and tuberculosis morbidity among the students is established; outcomes - sensitivity to tuberculone depending on age and sex , the efficiency of a revaccination BCG was studied, the frame of a tuberculosis under the form, age and sex, feature of detection of a tuberculosis for the students, efficiency of a fissile route of its detection is established, the scheme of preventive maintenance of a tuberculosis is designed and its efficiency is studied, the quota of the students with the best risk of disease are formed.
