The thesis is dedicated to the question of complex prelabor preparation of the cervix in pregnant women. For the first time interrelation of state of autonomic nervous system, basal uterine tonus, growth-weight index and method of choosing of prelabor preparation has been established. It has been proved that application of osmotic dilatators for preinduction preparation enables to decrease side effects in pregnant women with pathologic preliminary period; level of correlation of PGE2 and PGF2? being approached to that characteristic for the end of mature pregnancy witnesses to the fact. For the first time it has been established that for pregnant women with prevalence of parasympathetic nervous system, “unripe” cervix and increased basal uterine tonus preparation of the cervix by means of osmotic dilatators is indicated. Diagnostic and curing algorithms of individual approach to preparation of the cervix for labor, which has been worked out, increases efficiency of preparation at 26,4 %.
