In manuscript within the framework of linearized theory of ferrites taking into account ferromagnetic resonance the numerical method of investigation of the magnetoelastic sheared waves is developed for periodically - nonhomogeneous media using Hamilton formalism. The analysis of the dispersion relations for the volume magnetoelastic waves is executed. It is built the waveforms for arbitrary frequency in the zones of volume waves existence. It is built the group velocities and investigated the character of magnetoelastic surface wave attenuation.
