The object - stomatologic health of children with dentofacial anomalies by age from 7 till 18 years; the aims to differentiated tactics of treatment of dental and jaw problems were established and developed for complex orthodontic treatment with regular medical monitoring taking into account the dental health of children; the methods is clinical and paraclinical studies of children by using cephalometrics, gnathomitrics and rontgenography; the outcomes - The pathogenetically proved complex of treatment and preventive measures was worked out, aimed at prevention of development and stabilization of dental diseases of children with dental and jaw anomalies.
