Object - electrochemical processes at anode dissolution of a magnesium and its alloys in chloride and sulphate solutions; aim - definition of electrochemical parameters of electrodes on the basis of the offered magnesium alloy inoculated by lead, and determination of an opportunity of its use as in chemical cells and anticorrosive protection devices; methods - complex of the polarization measurements, gravimetric and metallographic examinations; theoretical and practical results - fracturing of negative defferens-effect for magnesium alloys in chloride and sulfate solutions are determined, kinetic laws of anodic dissolution offered alloy Mg-Pb at presence of inhibitors are determined, the chemical cell of bulk type with the anode on the basis of Mg-Pb an alloy is developed; novelty - efficiency of use alloy Mg-Pb as new an anodic material in chemical cells and anticorrosive protection devices is proved; trials - pilot-industrial test; field of technology- at the factories on manufacturing chemical cells and devices of the pipelines cathodic protection of the petro-gas industry, water supply and a boiler-water conditioning
