Kazakov V. Neurotic disorders in members of locomotiv brigades (clinic, diagnostics, preventive maintenance and therapy)

The dissertation is devoted to questions of genesis and features of neurotics disorders in members of locomotive brigades. In the dissertation genesis of neurotic disorders in members of locomotive brigades, caused by professional harmfulness such as the high level of emotional tension, which are deposited on life problems and biologically defective ground, was specified. Members of locomotive brigades have non-completed neurotic reactions of pre-clinical level, such as: astenovegetative, anxiety-phobial, hypochondrical, hysterical, obsessive-phobial. In this work the personal peculiarities and type of interpersonal behaviour of locomotive drivers and their assistants are specified, allowing to predict actions in an emergency. For preventive maintenance of neurotic disorders in members of locomotive brigades it is necessary not to employ persons with the compromised ground, namely, having neurotic disorder in the anamnesis, vegetative disorder; the work of drivers and assistant are contra-indicated toaccentuants The psychocorrection program including measures on normalization of interpersonal mutual relations of a driver and his assistant is developed allowing them to extinguish undesirable negative emotions and negative reactions at threat of emergencies.
