The object is renewal process of the capital assets in Ukrainian seaports; the aim of work is development of the methodical provisions and practical recommendations for the forming of capital assets economic renewal mechanism in Ukrainian seaports; the methods are economic theory, economic-mathematical modeling; the new approach is developed a system of criteria for step by step realization of the economic renewal mechanism, to optimized use of amortization assets, choice criterion of effective use version on the basis of equal beneficiality point calculation is developed; the results are scientific generalization of materials, which make theoretical and methodological bases of forming of capital assets economic renewal mechanism in Ukrainian seaports; the application is the seaports of Feodosiya and Izmayil; the field is marine transport.
