The dissertation investigates the mechanism of human and citizen freedoms and rights administrative securing. Characteristic of administrative law status of a citizen is given in the work. Classification of freedoms and rights of citizens in the sphere of administrative law is accomplished.Author's definitions of mechanism of administrative law securing of human and citizen freedoms and rights are proposed. Organizational means in the system of administrative securing of human and citizen freedoms and rights are demonstrated.Propositions as to completeness of legal regulation of social relations on fulfillment of freedoms and rights of citizens are formulated and substantiated, special attention is granted to the issues of securing them with state, governmental and administrative services. Legal guaranties as well as their role in the mechanism of administrative securing of human and citizen freedoms and rights are analyzed.
