Korostashova I. Organizational - legitimate foundations of control in the Ukrainian Customs Service.

The scientific work is devoted to the investigation of organizational - legitimate foundations of control in the Ukrainian Customs Service. The essence and a special-purpose designation of the internal control were defined as the legal form of activity of the authorized officials of the Ukraine Customs Service and was determined in the view of its features. The analysis of legal relations, appearing as the result of its organization and realization is presented. The certain conception and legal foundations of control in the Ukrainian Customs Service functions and elements of this mechanism were determined, their classification was advanced. The peculiarities of the basic organizational - legal forms of control in the Ukrainian Customs Service of the internal control were investigated and proceeding stages of its realization were determined. The basic criteria of control's effectiveness in the Customs Service and the ways of directions of its improvement were established. As the result of the profound the specific proposals concerning definition of its execution subjects' power improvement were formulated.
