Blagodarnyj A. Administrative responsibility for state secret legislation offences.

This is the first complex research in Ukrainian legal science that deals with objective and subjective signs of administrative offences, envisaged in clause 212-2 of Code of Ukraine on administrative offences; peculiarities of proceeding in cases of state secret legislation administrative offences, as well as the measures to prevent the afore-mentioned offences. The thesis consists of an introduction, two parts, conclusion, bibliography, appendices. Scientific conclusions and propositions for improvement of the acting legislation which regulates the procedure of state secret protection and proceeding in cases of state secret legislation administrative offences are formulated in the dissertation. Practical recommendations as for state bodies activities improvement while protecting the state secret are given.
