Object - the legal relations, which arise in the field of realization the state control of the securities market by state bodies; purpose - on the basis of analysis of Ukrainian legislation and practice of its appliance to disclose organizationally-legal bases and peculiarity of formation and functioning of the state control of the securities market and to work out proposals on the improvement of legislation regulating state control of the securities market of Ukraine; methods - system analysis, structured-functional, relatively legal, statistical and logistical and others; novelty - the dissertation is one in a first research, in the nationality legal science, of organizationally-legal bases of formation and functioning of the system of the state control of securities market; results - the thesis material may be used in the scientific, law creative, law applicable spheres and educational process.
