In dissertation generalized given complex clinical-laboratory and instrumental inspection of 162 patients with chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis (CUC) connected with the peptic ulcer of duodenum (PUD) in age from 20 to 59 years. Set pathogenic role of metabolic and immunological violations in sharpening of disease, interdependence is exposed between the degrees of their expression. Pathogenic ex-pedience of the use of combination of аntral and glutargin is grounded in complex therapy, and phytopreparation of renorm and in the complex of medical rehabilitation of patients on CUC, which connected with PUD. More quick improvement of the common state of patients, renewal of immunological and biochemical indexes is marked, that shows up in achievement of proof and valuable remission of disease.
