Branitsky O. Legal Status of Agricultural Specialists

The thesis is an overall research of the problems of legal regulation of agricultural specialists' activity nowadays. The definition of the term "legal status of agricultural specialists'", together with defining its structure, has been provided in the paper. Grounding on the analysis of the legislative base for the specialists' activity, drawbacks and faults of the legislation currently in force have been revealed, and the tendencies for development have been outlined. The rights and duties of agricultural specialists have been classified, and the legislative base for the specialists' rights and duties enforcement has been investigated. The types of agrarian-legal responsibility have been analyzed. The peculiarities of agricultural specialists' disciplinary, material, administrative and criminal responsibility have been examined. Suggestions on the improvement of the legislation of Ukraine have been given
