Daniluk N. Ekological component of transnational corporations management in the conditions of globalization

The ecologization of the transnational corporations activity in global conditions of the development. The relevation of formation and development patterns of transnational corporations ecological management on the basis of modern paradigm of nature management together with practical recommendations working out of its elements implementation to the activity of Ukrainian branches of transnational corporations and domestic enterprises in the process of their transnationalization. Methods: scientific abstraction, statistic quantitive and qualitiv comparison, expert assessment, structural and factual analysises Dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of ecologic management of transnational corporations. The process of formation of modern paradigm of ecological management in the conditions of globalization was investigated. The basic models of ecological behaviour of Japanese, European and American transnational corporations were defined. The frends of ecologization of economic development were analysed, the principles of modern effective and ecologic conscious management forming were determined. The integrated business-functional matrix of ecological management of international corporations was worked out. The ways and mechanisms of modern approaches implementation to ecologic conscious management of Ukrainian enterprises forming in a context of modern national system of nature management were suggested Ukrainian enterprises, transnational corporations, process of studying.
