System of state regulation of development of agriculture of Ukraine. Theoretically to prove multilevel strategy of development of agriculture of Ukraine and to determine mechanisms of their introduction at a regional level. Methods of research is the system approach, the analysis and synthesis, generalization, компаративно-historical. Necessity of introduction of inter-regional cooperation as effective mechanism of realization of strategy of development of agrarian sector of economy of region is proved; administrative bases of realization of strategy of development of agriculture at a regional level are determined; directions of reforming of agrarian and industrial complex are proved; methodical approaches concerning introduction of foreign experience of reforming of agrarian and industrial complex are advanced. Results are introduced in the current activity of the Kirovograd regional state administration. Sphere of use is the Public Administration .
