The object is system of the prevention and prevention of terrorism on a railway transportation of Ukraine; the aims to definition of mechanisms of counteraction to displays of terrorism on a railway transportation of Ukraine; the methods are theoretical analysis and synthesis, mathematical and statistical; the new approach for the first time is certain set of mechanisms of the government in system of the prevention and prevention of terrorism on a railway transportation; results - are developed a methodological complex of antiterrorist actions and a technique of decrease in economic losses and human victims from possible displays of acts of terrorism; it is introduced as a methodical material at carrying out of employment in Management of military connections on the Odessa railway; the field is Public Administration.
