Lavrova I. Social policy in Argentina in the conditions of neoliberal model of development (90th XX century)

The thesis is the complex historical research of social policy, held in Argentina in 90th years of XX century. There are exposed the peculiarities of its formation, its strategies and practical realization of its arrangements in conditions of neoliberal model of the country development. The content of the social policy was exposed with the help of the analysis of its arrangements in spheres of social-and-labor relations, social defense (retirement and medical insurance, public assistance, social security), education and family policy. It was concluded about non-priority of social policy in the reform plans of the government, lack of the clear strategy, bad coordination of actions of the authorities in social sphere, which along with the instability of the economical growth became the main factor of its inefficiency.
