Object - electromagnetic interactions in systems of a user's radio-access and conditions EМС in radiolines of these systems; the purpose - development of a technique of the analysis and forecasting EМС of systems of a user's radio-access which considers dynamics interferencing conditions and plural likelihood character of electromagnetic interaction between elements of a network; methods - probability theory, mathematical statistics, electrodynamics, mathematical programming, natural experiment; novelty - carrying out enough the full analysis of conditions EМС in groupings of radio-electronics means systems of a user's radio-access; results - the technique of the analysis and forecasting EМС systems of a user's radio-access is developed; introduction - in research work of the regulating organization the Ukrainian national Center of frequency; area - telecommunications.
