Object of research - processes of state maintenance of integrity of society. The purpose of research - decision of a problem of ethno-national integration of the Ukrainian society by development of the appropriate mechanism of state management in organizational and methodological aspects. Methods of research - system approach, theory of ethno-genes, synergetic, sociology, theory of state management. The practical significance of results of research is made by the recommendations for introduction of the state mechanism of ethno-national integration of the Ukrainian society. The scientific novelty of the received results of research consists in development of the state mechanism of ethno-national integration of the Ukrainian society in organizational and methodological aspects. For the first time concept "morals" is determined in the terms of the system approach; there is proved, that the concept of morals is peculiar to any level of social organization; the principles of ethno-national integration of company are formulated; the organizational mechanism of ethno-national integration of the Ukrainian society is offered. Directions of study of public consciousness; the mechanisms of interaction of the state and society are advanced. Rules of state policy of Ukraine in sphere of education; economic strategy of Ukraine in sphere of development of the transport, communication and electronic communications; the directions of functioning of informal institutes of the social control in Ukraine have received the further development.
