The object of investigation: viability & silkworm performance at the various stages of ontogenesis. The purpose of investigation: culture technique improvement; development of new selection methods to secure viability & silkworm performance boost at various stages. The investigation methods: farm tests with subsequent data processing.Practical implementation: for the first time in silkworm breeding new techniques were developed to secure viability & silkworm performance boost; culture techniques were implemented subject to adult stages of silkworm & cultural adaptation.
