The dissertation is devoted to increase of efficiency of use of liaison channels by application of multiitem methods of modulation, such as timing signals constructions, multiitem phase modulation, peak-phase modulation on the basis of a bidimentional triangular lattice, etc. And also to use convolutional codes, both in structure of a turbo-codes, and in the form of new offered convolutional codes with the reduced entrance alphabet.
