The thesis is dedicated to decision of the actual scientific problem - an improvement to technologies of the shaping wheel pair rolling stock. There is designed models of the heating and cooling the tires wheel pair and are received dependencies of the heating and cooling the tires depending on time with provision for the temperature surrounding ambiences. The Offered model of the choice optimum amount pole for induction heater and their features. The Improvement to technologies of the assembly wheel pair is offered to account of the introduction pyrometer in managerial system of the checking the temperature of the heating and using the inductive heater current ratio frequency.
