Essay

Object of investigation is stages of obtaining chemisorbent: hydroxide of iron (ІІ), goethite, hematite, modified cobaltous. The purpose of the investigation is istablishing of main regularities of synthesizing superfine by a modified cobaltous, chemisorbent on the basis of iron. Methods of testings are residual concentrations Tananaeva, measuring of electrical conductivity, optical density, X-rays, thermo-grav, electronic microscopy, turbidimetric. In a basis of the technology is method coprecipitation of goethite of the needle-like shape, modified cobaltous. The mode of depositions goethite, modified cobaltous are determined: a proportion of reagents, рН of support of the process, a temperature, feed speed of air. The phase composition general joints is established. The mathematical model depicting the process of precipitation is determined. Influencing a condition of support of the process of dehydration on porosity is established. Influencing major factors on the process of recovery of ferric oxides up to metal is determined. The technological scheme of deriving chemisorbent is designed.
