Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study adhesion and colonization activity of clinical important strains P.aeruginosa, influence antimicrobial preparations and aeruginosa bacteriophage on adhesion of P.aeruginosa, development of methods of reduction adhesion. Is established, that from a wide arsenal of antibiotics as most effective in the attitude(relation) Pseudomonas can be considered amikacinum, meropenem and emypenem. The strains of P.аeruginosa, allocated from the patients, had the large degree adhesion is peculiar considerably, than museum and strains, which are allocated from agricultural animals. Clinical strains with a high degree adhesion have appeared and polyresistant to antibiotics. The prolonged lytic effect of bacteriophages in the wound of patient was created at treatment of the infected wound by solution of bacteriophages and causing of mixture of bacteriophages and the Evdokymova balsam in the correlation 1:1.
