Essay

The dissertation deals with problems of diagnostics of vaginal microbiocenosis disorders of the large intestine in women, suffering from candidiasis and bacterial vaginites, depending on the leading causative agents of inflammation. The species composition and population level of the autochthonous and allochtchonous microflora, vaginal discharge microflora the fornix of the vaginal in women, afflicted with candidiasis and bacterial vaginites have bun studied and the leading causative agents and its associates have been established. The thesis contains data, dealing wilh the parameters of the cellular and humoral components of systemic immunity, as well as nonspecific effector system of antiprotective defence and defening the level of proinflammatory cytokins in the blood of women afflicted with candidiasis and bacterial vaginites.
