Object - physics of transition processes from regular dynamics of particles and waves to the chaotic one. The aim - process of transition from regular to chaotic oscillations. Methods - the methods of quality theory of dynamic systems (method of a phase space), methods of theoretical physics and methods of the numerical investigation of the dynamic systems. Results - the new analytical criterion for initiation of chaotic dynamic was obtained new physic mechanisms for controlling by of transition process to chaotic oscillations was proposed. Application - theoretical and applied radiophysics, microwave electronics.
