Purpose and tasks of research by the purpose of dissertation research there is development of theoretical positions and methodical recommendations on the improvement of economic aspects of development of sale of enterprises of agricultural machine building. Research methods and apparatus: scientific and applied methods, economic-statistical analysis, graphic method, methods of cluster analysis matrix and, and high-quality analysis and synthesis, methods of prognostication economic-mathematical analysis and designs. Theoretical and practical results novelty: the model of organization of selection of users of agricultural technique is first developed for forming of network of sale of enterprises-producers, in basis of which conducting of strategic analysis of the combined analysis of factors of external environment and internal possibilities of producer is fixed taking into account the primary purposes of sale policy that in a difference from existent approaches enables to the enterprises-producers ofagrarian technique choice of effective directions of sale and development of long-term priorities of his further development; the methodical aspects of klasteryzatsyy of regional markets of agricultural technique are improved by construction of card of competitions positions of enterprises-users with the use of method of multidimensional spaces at the ground of strategy of sale by an index «coefficient of readiness», which characterizes the level of technical material well-being of agrarian enterprises and allows taking into account a necessity and demand on an agricultural technique to forecast its production and sale volumes; theoretical bases of the complex system of realization and intensification of the use of leasing of agricultural technique on the basis of development of flow-chart of balancing of interests of lyzyngodatelya and potential lyzyngopoluchatelya with the use of methods of expert estimation, factor analysis and ranging and determination of level of reliability of guarantees which are givenby the sides of agreement, that enables to minimize the level of leasing market; methodical approach to adaptation of price policy of producers of agricultural technique to the markets conditions with the use of principles of flexibility and ravnovygodnosty prices for producers and users of agrotechnics, that provides establishment of optimum mutually beneficial prices on a technique and range of their increase depending on the basic technical indexes of competitiveness and solvency of right forms different organizationally; got further development conducting of analysis of dominant tendencies of becoming of regional markets of agricultural technique on the basis of segmenting of its users, determination of requirements to the competitiveness of technique of solvency of demand, that allowed to define the real necessity and demand of agrarian enterprises of the Kharkov region in doosnaschenyy of their economies by the different types of technique and to promote the validity of prognostication of production andsale of agrotechnics volumes at the level of factories of producers; methodical approach to determination of influencing of factors of internal and external environment which takes into account features, specific and meaningfulness of industry of agricultural mashynostroenyya at choice strategic priorities of development of sale, that allows to the producer of agrarian technique to determine the variants of diminishing of influencing of threats due to the increase of strong sides on efficiency of sale process. The practical value of the got results consists of development improvement of methodical base of intensification of sale process of enterprises of agricultural mashynostroenyya of Ukraine, including determination of bazovay competition strategy of services of sale (marketing), ground of approaches to pricing taking into account the requirements of users of agrarian technique to its competitiveness. The use of the offered methodical recommendations on forming of network of users of agrarian technique, including as potential lyzyngopoluchateley, assists to upgrading administrative decisions in relation to efficiency of sale by expansion of market of leasing operations, to optimum their application flexible reacting on the change of situation in a makro- and micro surroundings.
