Nalivaychenko K. “Institutional Transformation of Foreign Trade Activities of Ukraine in a Context of Transformation of Regional Economic Relations”

Object of research: developments of foreign trade activities of national subjects of Ukraine in conditions of a deepening of regional economic cooperation. The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretical and methodological bases and development institutional bases of development of foreign trade activities of Ukraine in a context of equal in rights inclusion in world economic processes at a regional level and maintenance of steady development of the state. Methods of reserch: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization, the analysis, synthesis, a grouping and classification, a method of the statistical analysis, an index method, a method of comparison, methods of the system analysis, forecasting. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of theoretical and methodological positions concerning to interaction of national economies in a context of transformation of regional economic relations by means of use of instutional component. Practicalresults: theoretical generalizations, conclusions and offers which contain in the dissertation will be, that, can be used at development of the external economic policy of Ukraine, actions on increase of national competitiveness, directions of a foreign trade policy with the purpose of activization of inclusion of Ukraine in the world economy. Scientific novelty: for the first time it is proved, that the international economic integration occurs on the basis of the international economic interaction at a microlevel; the conceptual approach on maintenance of the international competitiveness of the enterprises as bases of increase of national competitiveness is developed; theoretical and methodological bases of research of process of istitutional transformations of the international economic activities are advanced; organizational - methodical approaches to use of free economic zones as means of attraction of foreign investments are advanced; have received the further development the theory of instutional changes; positive and negative consequences of regional economic interaction are established. Degree of introduction: results of research are used by Ministry of Economics AR Crimea, Commercial and industrial chamber of Crimea, Branch "Festo-manufacture" (Simferopol) corporations FESTO (Italy), Joint-Stock Company " Kamocci - Pneumatic - Simferopol" (Simferopol), in Tavria National University after the name of V.I.Vernadsky and the Simferopol Economic and Humanitarian Institute.
