Petrashevska A. Communication operator's development strategy and it's investment support

The economic and organisational process of the communication development strategy is chosen as the object of the research. The aim of the investigation is to work out and develop scientific, methodic and practical notions of the communication operation development strategy aimed at the rise of its efficiency as well as to create practical recomendations concerning the evaluation of the investment attractiveness of the communication branch. In the process of the investigation the following methods were applied: systematic, graphic, analytical, economic-mathematical, economic-statistical, SWOT-analysis. Scientific results: the methodic basis of the evaluation of the efficiency of communication operator investment attraction was worked out for the first time; such elements of the investment attractiveness of the communication branch as the evaluation of social and economic development of the branch and the evaluation of the production assets were defined and theoretically grounded. Both the system of theinvestment support and the classification of the strategic targets of the investment activity according to basic characteristics were improved. The concept investment strategy of the communication operator as well as the structure of the investment cycle in the process of the communication branch creation and development have gained further development. The recommendations of the author were used by Ukrtelecom (the act of application of 16.05.2005). The scientific and methodic premises of the communication operator development strategy formulated in the research were used by the main educational centre Ukrtelecom (the act of application of 6.05.2005). Scientific and methodical notions of the research are used in the education process of Odessa National academy of Telecommunication named after O.S. Popov (the act of application of 11.04.2005).
