Essay

The method of choice of equipment and technology for reclamation on the assumption of providing the fertility of man-caused grounds is developed. The least costs upon the reclaiming works, a maintenance of restored ground areas, an allotment of inviolate soils to field development and allowance for waste of agriculture are achieved in this method. The technological scheme of reclaiming is offered. According to the ways of restored land's use the analytic expressions of forecasting of their volume are made. The method of providing planned level of man-caused soils' fertility by management of reclaiming works' order is elaborated. The reserves of efficiency increasing of land tenure on the assumption of optimal parameters at ecology criteria of ground allotment for quarry's objects are determined.
